It has been 16 years since we completed our previous renovation of the Alpha Rho chapter house, and some critical maintenance is needed to prepare the chapter for the next 20 years.  The roof is leaking and must be repaired, while the HVAC system is at the end of its life and must be replaced.

The cost of this new renovation effort is approximately $400,000.  With your support, we can meet this challenge and preserve our chapter's home for future generations of Phi Kappa Tau brothers.
