It has been 16 years since we completed our previous renovation of the chapter house, and some critical maintenance in needed to prepare the chapter for the next 20 years.  The roof is leaking and needs to be repaired, while the HVAC system is at the end of its life and must be replaced.

This new renovation effort will cost about $450,000.
